We’ve been pulling Yellow Jewelweed from the edges of the yard. I removed a few more today as well as Bishop’s Weed growing around the Rose of Sharon. Very hot in the front yard.

Ron mowed the front and the back. Ben’s birthday is tomorrow so we gave him his present today, Hershey’s milk chocolate.

We attended the ice cream social fundraiser for a local youth group at Wild Oats Market. Giant sundaes. Got to talk with the manager about Dave’s Bread. We will buy it there from now on, have wasted so much money in other stores!

$4 pizza for supper.

Jett has not eaten today at all.

We hauled ourselves to Studio 9 for an early evening bang up lively dance music concert by Bang On A Can’s summer workshop performers.

Great time, happy people, dancing (even Ron!) and limbo under a trombone slide “arch”.
