We had a good day – laundry, errands, annual holiday visit to Highfield, leaf cleanup at Edgewater – but by the time the moon was out, we were pretty beat.<\/p>
Fortunately, we had some chicken and vegetable soup in the freezer so I didn’t have to cook supper.<\/p>
I worked the blower on the front yard, cleaned out the bushes, the left side, the day lilies, around the rock garden. I was so tired that I interrupted Ron, who was using the lawn mower in the back, to pick up the piles I’d accumulated.
