{"id":476,"date":"2005-09-28T07:23:35","date_gmt":"2005-09-28T12:23:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hendersonbrook.net\/wp\/?p=476"},"modified":"2005-09-28T07:23:35","modified_gmt":"2005-09-28T12:23:35","slug":"mondo-bizzarro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hendersonbrook.net\/?p=476","title":{"rendered":"Mondo Bizzarro"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Check out this <a href=\"http:\/\/www.boston.com\/news\/local\/massachusetts\/articles\/2005\/09\/28\/on_cape_evacuee_gives_birth_to_a_son_and_a_new_dream?mode=PF\" target=\"_blank\">story<\/a> in the Boston Globe.<\/p><p><!--more--><br \/>\nIt&#8217;s beyond belief:  having just given birth to the last of 13 kids, seven of whom were put up for adoption and one of whom is in jail, a woman who lives on SSI is planning to stay in Massachusetts, because she&#8217;s been offered not one, but two houses, one in high-priced Boston, and the other in high-priced Hingham, where the African-American population is about <a href=\"http:\/\/www.city-data.com\/city\/Hingham-Massachusetts.html\" target=\"_blank\">0%<\/a> (almost 80% of the town is either of Irish, English, Italian or German heritage).<br \/>\nThis is a little different from giving a temporary helping hand to people victimized by forces of nature beyond their control.
