The kids got to meet the whale character at the entrance, and enjoyed the several exhibits. Bob and Emme went home with IFAW bracelets, and James got a dolphin toy.
\nToday, everyone is going to Wareham for Grandpa Ed and Grandma Judy’s annual Fourth of July party.
\nThank goodness, we FINALLY have a break from the muggy weather. Last week was a misery, humidity and a couple of torrential rain storms, which did a number on the more delicate flowers, like the lobelia, which look like they’ve been through a war.
\nThe GOOD news is that the larkspur have started to bloom, and the annuals have taken hold – zinnias, marigolds and snap dragons. The day lilies have already started in Peter’s yard, so those won’t be far behind here.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
The boys stayed over on Friday night and we had a busy Saturday, starting with breakfast and later, a swim in Candy’s pool (I spaced on taking photos).
