{"id":16343,"date":"2020-03-29T16:38:07","date_gmt":"2020-03-29T21:38:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hendersonbrook.net\/?p=16343"},"modified":"2020-03-29T20:59:32","modified_gmt":"2020-03-30T01:59:32","slug":"another-good-walk","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hendersonbrook.net\/?p=16343","title":{"rendered":"Another Good Walk"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>I dropped off leaves at the transfer station, early enough so that there wasn&#8217;t a line, and parked at Roche, figuring to walk to the Wampanoag Government Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I didn&#8217;t quite make it, but managed over 7,000 steps in about an hour and a half.   Years ago, someone posted whimsical items on telephone poles and although I&#8217;ve driven on that road many times, I&#8217;ve not appreciated them until today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I was fortunate enough to miss the rain &#8211; it poured later on &#8211; and to find an exquisite walking trail to the Mashpee River.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1
