\nI feel what you say in my experience & background, especially at the start of my career. Less so as I grew up and got “used-to” the male-dominated work environment. But now as I venture into entrepreneurship, I am feeling it more again… But my perspective and reaction is different. I appreciate your sharing this perspective with me. \nSince you are young and pretty, it isn’t a surprise that your “perspective and reaction” to MCPism differs from mine.
\nOne can’t discount the importance of luck in determining success, whether it’s personal or business.
\nYou are certainly well-intentioned, but your assumption of superiority in perspective and reaction shows (with all respect and my apologies for bluntness) a lack of perspective and even humility.
\nRather, I do hope that you take the time to thank the Almighty, the Great Spirit, or whatever force of nature is the center of your own faith, for your good fortune. Put another way, you might consider examining how much of a role chance rather than hard work, wisdom, etc. has played in your achievement of success.
