Ron’s joint account debit card was compromised. \u00a0Rockland’s fraud unit messaged him about a charge at a New York CVS. \u00a0There was a 15 minute wait to get through to their customer service, so I called our local branch.<\/p>
I got put on hold, twice. \u00a0They were short-handed and although they had customers, stupidly answered the phone. \u00a0We got cut off a couple of times.<\/p>
Luckily, a “floater” picked up the phone the third time I called. \u00a0She was able to resolve our problem as opposed to lecturing me about the importance of other customers, blah, blah, blah.<\/p>
I’ve been cooking this week: lasagna, pork chops, turkey breast. \u00a0We will not starve.<\/p>
The firm in NY state wants me to take a coding test this afternoon using a technology I haven’t touched in seven years which wasn’t in their job description. \u00a0Setup?<\/p>
